Its been an awfully long time since i updated.

MS has conducted three talks thus far and each and every one of them has been successful in its own way.

And through them i have gotten a chance to learn and experience so many different things.

Meditation is getting a bit more deeper now. Im able to express myself more easily, which means the throat chakra is working better.

With the help of MS, I have also learnt to look at each and everything more holistically, as part of the big picture instead of fragmentising them. Thus, im able to have a more positive outlook than before.

Awareness has risen tremendously. I guess it happens when you are surrounded by people who are aware and who live and love honestly, the best they know how.

I also realise, awareness shows the ego more clearly and suddenly you are aware of all the dust that you have collected in your mirror. And the urge to clear it, increases each day. But as the Masters have said numerous times, it is the light of the awareness that will clear mirror.

We will see how things change in the near future.

I have been drawn by yet another Master - Paramahamsa Sri Nityananda.

He brings with Him a different flavour, much influenced by His roots and His Masters in Thiruvannaamalai.

I have been watching His videos religiously.

The beautiful coincidence is that all the Masters somehow deliver the same essence even though the structure and delivery may differ.

I am working hard on awakening my Third-eye chakra for now. The third-eye chakra is significant for any seeker for it opens a 360 degree view of everything that is presented to you.

While practising on the third eye chakra i also came to realise that we have a very myopic view of life and thus are disconnected from the cosmic consciousness.

It takes seekers months to activate the third eye chakra so its not going to be easy.

And in the next few days im going to also try and face all the negativity in my life..almost all of it is due to my work...

Facing the negativity full force will allow one to observe the stillness beneath..

Awake and Aware.

A comment by a close confidante stirred some thoughts last night.

We would have met many people from different walks of life, had meaningful relationships with some, close friendships with others....

Suprisingly, we fail to understand that these relationships or people in our lives wont be there forever...They are either going to move to greener pastures and or leave this world altogether. And thinking of possessing them in any way possible is futile.

Then the only permanence there is, there ever could be is the awareness we hold, the consciousness within.

But we tend to possess everything else and avoid the only thing that we can possess.

When we are left with just ourselves, alone - we often feel the void that the ego creates. Thus, making us feel that we need to find something or do something to escape the void.....

However, we must look beyond the void, for the void arises from stillness. And the stillness is peace.

There is really no void to fill....

When we accept death in all its forms, may it be the death of a physical body, or the death of a relationship etc - we remain still inside.. The consciousness within only becomes clearer.

Then, the peace and happiness we feel does not rely on the people around. And no matter who comes and goes, we are unaffected inside.

When we become conscious of consciousness itself compassion arises. And you will learn to love all, despite differences, despite experiences....

It is weird the way people get themselves involved in politics, any kind of politics.

In the presence of politics, there's so much negativity, sarcasm, ego trips etc. It becomes immensely disgusting.

I had the chance to witness a whole lot of politics recently.

Its amazing how people so easily hurl words at each other without the slightest flinch. It helps to add on their armour, their defense.

We have lost the importance of being honest and truthful. And frankly, in the world we live in, it is definitely difficult to be honest and truthful in all situations as there are others who await innocence in another for their exploiting.

But, to escape from all of this - i needed to be constantly aware and watch my breathing so that i do not get pulled into the maya.

What a funny world we live in.

A new discussion group has been created and i think it was a good idea because an exchange of opinions clarifies the concepts of certain topics.

Its all good.

As the group becomes bigger, im humbled to realise that there is a growing number of people who have begun to realise the unconscious actions of the world at large. And these group of people are made up of the younger generation apparently.

Its going to be hard work but definitely fulfilling and i cant wait to get started on it.

Funny thing existence is. And so thankful i am.

It has given me a gift that i never realised i could have, and now because of that gift i have dropped my past conditionings and slowly unraveling my own true potential.

Existence knows exactly what to do, we are constantly against it in the notion that we know whats best for us. In fact we never do, and nature ends up reminding us who's in control.
Letting go to existence is the easiest way out - with absolutely zero resistance.

Have fun watching existence play its game - you just become the game.

Its been a long time since I updated.

But the good news is that things are moving at a steady pace, the joy is within is being maintained.

On some days the energy is higher, and on other days the energy is reserved.

I completed a few books and immediately passed it over to some people who I thought would find some good use of them.

But I would like to touch on a book outside of the usual spiritual books I read.

Dan Brown's The Lost Symbol.

This book has a mixture of believers and non-believers which gives a very beautiful balance that I was able to relate to instantly. It is a situation I face on an almost daily basis.

But essentially, the book talks about how all the religions mention one similar fact - that God is within.

And the many scriptures that have been passed down through centuries have hidden meanings, because only the awakened will be able to cherish its true meanings.

And whatever that we are discovering now, are just rediscoveries. Which explains why we seem to be amazed at how our predecessors managed to erect marvels, going beyond the limitations of the mind and achieve feats that we, even with the use of modern machinery find it challenging to accomplish. One such example, will be the Pyramids of Egypt. Many more examples of the human potential are evident the world over.

Man has lost sight of the scriptures that he holds close. He has interpreted them literally and is searching for God and has failed to see that the temple of God lies within.

The Greatest Scientists have been the most spiritual men who were brilliant enough to look beyond the meanings of the scriptures.

Man has yet to realize that the science within is still yet to be mastered, and those who have mastered the art have gained the true potential of their creation.

Simply put, instead of looking beyond, the answers lay waiting for us to realize.

The most potent answers lie right in front of us.
